Buyers choose the production location primarily according to their destination market and sourcing plan—not the LED strip series. Today, Vietnam production mainly serves U.S.-bound orders, while orders for Europe, Australia, New Zealand and other markets are generally produced in China. Shenzhen also supports product development, reliability testing and pre-production trials before selected programs move to volume production in Vietnam.

How Does a Vietnam-Bound LED Strip Order Move from Trial Production to Volume Production?

Buyer selects the market and production route

Confirm the destination market, product specifications, estimated quantity, delivery timeline, and required documentation.

Shenzhen develops and trial-produces

The Shenzhen facility completes product development, sample verification, and pre-production trial runs before volume manufacturing.

Buyer approves the production standard

The buyer reviews and approves the physical samples, technical specifications, quality standards, and packaging requirements.

Vietnam produces the approved bulk order

Vietnam executes bulk production according to the confirmed standards, handling QC, packaging, and export documentation.

Goods produced during the Shenzhen trial run are manufactured in China. The origin of subsequent bulk orders produced in Vietnam must be determined based on the actual production process and applicable origin rules.

Who Operates the Two Facilities?

The China facility is operated by 深圳市比瑞特照明科技有限公司, referred to on this website as Shenzhen Bright Lighting Co., Ltd. The Vietnam facility is operated by Vietnam Xmart Lighting Company Limited. They are separate registered companies coordinating Xmart Lighting OEM manufacturing programs.

Can I choose China or Vietnam for the same LED strip program?
Yes. Discuss your destination market, sourcing preference and order plan with Xmart. The production location is confirmed in the quotation and order documents; it is not assigned solely by LED strip series.
Why do many U.S. buyers request Vietnam production?
U.S. buyers may compare China and Vietnam manufacturing routes because import-duty treatment can differ. The applicable origin, classification and duties must be checked for the actual product and production route with the buyer’s customs adviser; Xmart does not promise a universal tariff saving.
Where are trial runs completed before Vietnam volume production?
For Vietnam volume programs, Xmart’s Shenzhen operation handles product development and pre-production trial work. After the buyer approves the specification and trial result, the bulk-production plan is transferred to Vietnam.
